I have to be honest, even I am surprised, because I don't think I do anything special. What I do I like to share. Hopefully it is educational and helps you on your way to nice healthy long hair whether you wear an Afro, locs or braids.
The big secret behind my hair growth is my way of KIS hair care, Keep It Simple. I don't use 1000 products, but I do use the few products that work well for me consistently and regularly.
Without wanting to brag or really promote, I just have to say, the hair products that really work perfectly for my hair are the Going Natural hair products. I don't use any other products than the Going Natural products .
