Unfortunately, hair products cannot be returned or exchanged for health protection and hygiene reasons. If the item is damaged, you can submit a complaint by email within 3 days with photos as proof of damage. In case of total damage, new products will be sent free of charge. In case of limited or minimal damage, you will receive a voucher.

Ordering is very easy via the Webshop. We ship our products once payment has been received: on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
How much are the shipping costs?
Orders are shipped from America, Suriname, Indonesia, and Africa, but we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
How long does it take for me to receive the products?
Found the perfect product on our website? We understand you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we process and ship your order as quickly as possible. What you can expect:

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after placement.

The cut-off time for same-day business processing is 5:00 PM. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

After processing, your order will be shipped. Delivery takes an average of 7 to 10 business days.
