Unfortunately, for reasons of health protection and hygiene, hair products cannot be returned or exchanged. If the item is damaged, you can file a complaint by email within 3 days with photos as proof of the damage. In case of total damage, new products will be sent free of charge. In case of limited or minimal damage, you will receive a credit note.

You can easily order via the Webshop. We ship our products when the payment is received: on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
How much are the shipping costs?
Orders are shipped from America, but we are trying to keep shipping costs as low as possible from now on.
How long does it take before I receive the products?
The indicative delivery time varies from three to ten working days after a package has been shipped.
