Many of us are afraid to go to the hairdresser. There are still few hairdressers who can handle frizzy hair, let alone cut it. The barbers have the most experience.
They are mostly artists who can not only cut with unmatched precision (wisdom and naturalness are nothing compared to this), but can also make the most creative and artistic figures by hand. Remember the fade and the figures of the 80s?
Unfortunately, women often feel uncomfortable at the barber's either. Hence this quick course if you want to try it yourself. Caution is advised, but hopefully it helps a little. Requirements: a large comb with widely spaced teeth, the ideal brush and scissors.
The easy part is to divide the hair. My hair was just washed, but completely dry. Of course with the help of the microfiber turban. Frizzy and curly hair shrinks naturally and that is why it is best to cut dry. You also do not need to put any products in your hair when you are going to cut. If you have washed with one of the poobars from the webshop, your hair feels soft enough to run a comb/brush through it.

Work step by step and per section. Make sure that the section to be cut is separate from the rest of the hair. So, beat the rest of the hair away or secure it with a hair band or something. Carefully comb the section out, starting at the ends and working towards the scalp.

Once the section is combed out, run the brush through the curls. This is so that the ends are really combed out completely and that you do not cut too much. If you cut the curls while they are still shrunk, you run the risk of cutting too much. It is also better not to use a fine comb because it damages the hair.

When the hair is completely combed out you can see how much needs to be cut off to cut your hair evenly. If you have dead ends they will feel uneven and stick out. Look carefully at how much you cut. Not for anyone, you don't go to the salon, you can do better, right?

Is the hair even, are you satisfied, brush the hair again, pamper it with some hair butter, hair milk or one of the nice kemi oyl products, depending on your hair type and make a twist or a braid. Whatever you prefer. Repeat this until your entire hair is cut.
The result. Just a cap on the twist and viola!
