My name is Rachel Landvreugd. Almost 3 years ago I decided to cut my hair short. I thought I always have my hair in a ponytail and I thought I want something different. But I also understand the frustration of many girls and women, because if you go natural what can you do with your hair?! Well ladies enough!

Often enough you hear; “No, I’ll stick with my straight and wave” fine, do what makes you happy, but don’t think there are no other options. A few weeks ago I participated in Miss kroeshaar 2010. Wow, I learned a lot during the competition. I especially learned a lot about kroeshaar, before that I was still looking for certain things, but I got most of the answers. I would like to keep you informed about what I’m going to do after the competition. After I was advised that I should definitely continue modeling, I decided to continue. But where do I start, at which modeling agencies…? In short, so many questions, to which I don’t know the answer yet. But I’ll keep you informed! About six weeks ago I decided to get sisterlocks.
What are Sisterlocks?
A sisterlock is similar to a dreadlock. Sisterlocks™ is a hair management system that offers women with frizzy hair the opportunity to apply all kinds of modern hair models, without first having to change the natural structure of your hair with hot appliances or chemicals. So no extensions are used to start the locks, but only your own hair. With Sisterlocks there is no gel, wax, braids or twists. The hair is separated into very small sections and processed according to a patented method, which eventually become beautiful thin locks. I'm so happy with it and I'm curious how long it will take before it really locks in..
