Nice haircut, did you do it yourself? Oh thank you, no my sister did it
Have you ever relaxed? If so, how long ago did you stop and why. If not, why not? Yes I relaxed for 2 years about 6 years ago. I stopped because my hair broke a lot especially the sides. I hated sitting under that hood dryer and my hair was getting thinner.
Was it hard to go back to your natural curly hair? What was the hardest moment and what was the best moment? Yes and no. I honestly had so much patience, I just wanted the hair to grow quickly and I had to have my hair braided. I'm not a fan of fake hair either, I prefer my own hair. But yes, it had to be done then. The best moments were of course when my hair started to grow well. I didn't have to go under the dryer anymore and I have my natural hair.
Do you celebrate Sinterklaas? No.
What are you going to do for Christmas? Enjoy a hearty meal and sing Christmas carols.
What is your favorite book? I have two. That's okay, right? The first is from my youth: the wise children of grandma Betto. This book reminds me of the past. There were also many children at my grandma's house. The second is a book I bought in 1999: Reach Your Goal by Cora Besser-Sigmund. It's really good.
What is your favorite movie? Set it off
And your favorite CD? Children's CD by Ronald Snijders.
What is your favorite dish? My god I have a long list. I think herheri wins.
How do you care for your hair? Wash every two weeks. Steam and vitamin treatment once a month
Do you always do your own hairstyles or can you recommend a kinky hair stylist? No, my sister does my hair. I can't recommend a hairdresser right away
How did you end up on kroeshaar.com? Through a good friend of mine. She also wants to switch
Do you have a message for the kroeshaar.com visitors? Yes. Considering switching to afro hair. It's easy, natural, beautiful, little worry and most importantly it's wallet friendly
