Beyonce & Jay z is if you believe the numbers the most successful couple in show biz. I have quite a bit of respect for that but the funny thing is that I saw these two, really 2 weeks ago walking in China Town. Just the two of them.
Beyonce & Jayz are, if you believe the numbers, the most successful couple in show business. It's hard to believe, but they are even more famous and successful than Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, of whom I am a big fan.
While I do love their music, I can't say I know all of their songs or am a huge fan of either of them. However, I do have a ton of respect for the careers that both of them have built. Beyonce's professionalism and work ethic have always been impressive to me, as has JayZ's.
I have a lot of respect for that but the funny thing is that I saw B and Jay z, really two weeks ago walking in China Town. Just the two of them and that definitely made me more of a fan.
Jayz was the first one I noticed. He had sunglasses on but we stared into each other's eyes for a few seconds and he was definitely on guard.
Funny thing is that you think for a moment hmm familiar face. Only after we walked past each other I thought, man that's JayZ! I walked back to see if I was right and yes then I recognized Beyonce.
Beyonce, who I didn't recognize at first with a super blonde wig, had a very sweet, modest smile on her face while walking on Jayz's arm and at the same time radiating a friendly curiosity.
Neither of them have ever been driven crazy by success. Show business is not just show, it is BUSINESS. To be successful, the latter is even more important than the show.
Success seems to mean only working harder, being even more creative for this couple. I think every mortal has an idea of how difficult that can be, especially when you are at the top. Then it is nice to relax for a while. Not this couple.
Today they did it again. I didn't watch the Grammys to the end but I thought this opening was great! Be honest. What do you think?
