The first week is over.
It was a busy, exciting, educational and enjoyable week, which I concluded with a nice family BBQ, Surinamese style.
So nothing to complain about, but I had a nice meal, there was a pleasant hustle and bustle, cousins challenging each other, swit tories, aunts under the hair dryer, while the BBQ was going on.
We laughed and my hair looked good, I told myself.
I got make tips so I have to let it sink in. Hopefully everyone's weekend was just as nice or nicer.
I'll try to tell you more about that tomorrow. Now I'm going to go off and enjoy my night's rest. Tomorrow starts a new workday, a new week, a different haircut or not. Who knows what tomorrow brings.
