The past few weeks have been super exciting. I have been very busy laying the foundation for the celebration of 10 years of going-natural.com. And fortunately my efforts are being rewarded. With incredible satisfaction I am therefore happy to announce that my new book and an exhibition are coming up in August of this year!

The past few weeks have been super exciting. I have been very busy laying the foundation for the celebration of 10 years of going-natural.com. And fortunately my efforts are being rewarded. With incredible satisfaction I am therefore happy to announce that my new book and an exhibition are coming up in August of this year!
The exhibition “Bad Hair Uprooted” that I organize in collaboration with the WareHouse Gallery, will show a selection of the most beautiful, popular and most talked about afro hair styles that I have portrayed in the last ten years. My new book, will be an extensive illustration of afro hair styles that are suitable for the business world.
The great thing about this anniversary is that all projects that kroeshaar.com initiated and supported in the past decade are discussed. From America's Next Natural Model (Miss Kroeshaar in the Netherlands) and the Going Natural Video Diaries to a kroeshaar workshop, a documentary and various conversations are planned.
The coming period will be even busier but it will certainly not spoil the fun. What would be really fantastic is if the entire Dutch and Surinamese curly hair family would come and celebrate the anniversary with me here in Brooklyn New York. I therefore assume that you know that you are also cordially invited and that your presence will be very much appreciated. Hopefully I will see you there but if you are unable to come to New York, keep watching. I would also like to keep you informed.
