These beautiful curly hairs grace the cover of my new book. Their photos are a reflection of who we are:
a colorful people blessed with curly hair;
hair that allows us to create the most unique hairstyles.
Although I deliberately chose Surinamese and Dutch models, the models come from all over the world. That shows how much we are connected by our (hair) roots. Of course I am incredibly grateful to all these ladies who selflessly contributed to my cover. Hereby grantangi.
