Message of the day

I can't help but start by saying a big thank you to everyone who took the time to vote for me. It was a lot of fun and even educational to participate in this race. The way small businesses like going-natural.com banded together to get the votes was a special experience. While we all really want the $250,000, we also realize that as small businesses, we are in the same boat anyway. That created a sense of togetherness that I really enjoyed. I'm definitely not the only one.

Kroeshaar.com Fawakka!

For me it was extra exciting because I had registered quite late. With a busy schedule I had to make a plan to motivate my business goal and then I only had one week to get the 250 votes. When I noticed what a hustle that was I really got hot and cold at the same time. Anxiety attack!!

I really wasn't sure if this small afro hair company would make it, compared to the American companies that have been in the business for years in their own environment. Well, as they say here "The verdict is out". Thanks to you I made it. After the newsletter was sent out, not only votes poured in, but also heartwarming reactions.

Some asked if there was another way to vote because they didn't have a Facebook account. Others said they would have liked to vote and wished me luck. It really all helped and contributed.

I can tell you that I did every possible “happy” dance when the 250th vote came in. It is absolutely no guarantee that I will get the subsidy now, but for now I am very grateful and let me explain why.

The nerd in me couldn't resist doing a little math to get an idea of how going-natural.com is doing in the small business community in the US. To give you an idea, in New York alone, almost 5,000 businesses have signed up for this same program. 5,000! That's just New York. For those who don't know, America has 52 states.

Of these 5,000, only about 2% get 250 votes. If you then consider that going-natural.com, for whom you voted, got more than twice as many votes in 5 days, that is quite a lot, don't you think? That makes me super happy and that is why I am giving away a package of Going Natural Products this month. The person who gives the best answer to the following sentence wins the package: I voted for Going-Natural.com because/because …

As updates I can report that Lady D's question has been answered and that there is also a great interview on the site. In the context of Keti Koti with Fidelia Graand-Galon, the first Maroon woman who made it to ambassador.

About the webshop I can announce with great pleasure that the Curly Twistout Hair Milk is back! Yes finally, the price has also been improved so you can order to your heart's content, because there is plenty of stock. What is also back in stock is the No More Knots . Hopefully I have made you happy with this too.

Once again big tangi from a rainy New York!
