For those who don’t know, I have a love-hate relationship with extensions. I hate getting them put in and I hate taking them out even more. The time when I can just wake up and not have to worry about my hair is amazing!
That's why when the hustle and bustle gets the better of me again, I still consider extensions, even though there's absolutely nothing like my own frizzy hair. I think this haircut was two years ago and believe me I couldn't see extensions after that!
I did loc extensions because firstly I wanted to see how locs would look on me, but also to give others who always wear extensions and especially those who are considering going frizzy, the opportunity to try locs for a change.
And I have to admit, loc extensions were the best I ever had. I almost left them in.
I made this hairstyle myself. I always did it when I wore long braids. It is very easy to do.
You grab the hair on both sides and literally make a knot in the hair. Then you put the rest of the loose hair to the knot. It's really super easy. Part of an easy style.
