I have washed my hair twice now. Once with the Herbal Shampoo . Then I just let my hair dry. It couldn't be easier.
So far I can say that I am super happy with my braids that are not yet loc'd. Lovely the wind literally through my hair, on my scalp. Besides washing with shampoo I spray with the Scalp Conditioning Spray on my hair every day. That's it!
What I can't really explain is that my hair is curly. My hair is naturally frizzy, not curly and when I normally wore braids they always hung straight down until recently. With Twists I was used to them curling up and going in all directions. These braids seem to do almost the same. They curl up as if I put in curlers. Could it be because I used the Herbal Styling Gel ?
