When I went curly I didn’t know any better. The only thing I could do was to braid my completely broken hair to camouflage the relaxed damage as much as possible. I braided my hair for years and through trial and error I learned how to use false braids to help your own hair recover and grow back healthy. So can you if you follow these simple steps.
1) Clean Start
Well begun is half done. Start with clean hair and a clean scalp. Your hair will not benefit from adding false hair to strands that have not been cleaned. 2) Braiding with the Silky Shea
Apply Silky shea hair butter to your own hair before adding false hair to your own hair. Silky shea with organic shea butter not only keeps your hair soft and supple, it will also protect your hair from the cuts of the false hair.
3) Scalp Conditioning Spray
Very important, perhaps the most important thing when wearing false braids, is the care of the scalp.
