There is no such thing as one type of curly hair. A curl is almost as unique as the person himself and finding your hair type among all these possible twists can be complicated. Therefore, here are some examples of different types of curly hair. Not only according to the 4A, 4B, 4C system, but also according to the shape of the curl pattern: O, S and Z shape.

Cornrow Updo – Afro – Twist out
Lurie has dense hair, with O-shaped curls, also known as type 4C, and thick hair strands. When the hair is loose it stands more than it lies. It also looks like an impressive impenetrable forest of hair. To create the hairstyles she uses a combination of the Curly Twist Out Cream ,Silky Shea Hair Butter and the Herbal Styling Gel . All products are available in the Kroeshaar webshop.

Flat Twist Updo – Afro – Twist Out
My hair type consists mainly of O and S-shaped strands and probably falls under what is known as type 4B. My hair also grows towards the sky, not towards the earth and stands in all directions. My hair is quite dense but despite the fact that my afro looks full, the strands are fine. This makes the hair very quickly get tangled. My hair type does better with moisture than oil. The hair strands absorb water-based products very easily. Pure oil does not seem to be absorbed by the hair but remains on the hair strands. For the Twist Out I used the Curly Twist Out Cream and the Herbal Styling Gel . For the Flat Twist Updo and Afro the Silky Silky Shea Hair Butter .

Flat Twist Updo – Loose Hair – Twist Out
Ebony has dense hair, with S and O-shaped curls, also known as type 4A or 3C and normal hair strands. When the hair is loose it looks like an impressive impenetrable forest of hair. To create the hairstyles she uses a combination of the Curly Twist Out Cream , Silky Shea Hair Butter and the Herbal Styling Gel . But her favorite product is the Silky Shea Hair Butter . All products are available in the Kroeshaar webshop.
