It seems like ages since I last sent out a newsletter or updated the site. That's because there's so much going on at the same time. Almost too much to mention. So here's a quick note.
What I can tell you is that America's Next Natural Model, the Miss Kroeshaar Election in the US promises quite a lot. Not only is Iman Cosmetics one of the big sponsors, this year I am also integrating Surinamese rugs from the Surinamese Maroon organization Mafondo in the online competition.
In this way I hope not only to bring Suriname to the attention but also to promote the unique, beautiful rugs that these women make.
The models are therefore allowed to wrap themselves in one of our pagnies. I can't wait to see those pictures.
There is much more exciting going on. The website is undergoing a major overhaul, we are getting some new writers. It will take a while but I think you will be very happy with the upcoming changes.
For now I need your opinion. What do you think of the idea of having the American models wear paggies? What do you think they should do with those cloths? I would like to read your opinion.
