Hair care for dreadlocks

Braid locs and frizzy hair care

One of the reasons I was afraid to curl is because I know that I am not at all consistent in going to the hairdresser. Just taking care of my own hair, washing and conditioning the base is no problem. But maintaining a hairstyle is something else. I used to leave my twists in too long and somehow I always put off going to the hairdresser. That was the case when my hair was relaxed and it is the case now. In that respect, your personality really does not change when you go frizzy, even if you look different.

I really only go to the salon because I know they do a much better job than I do. Especially now. I really can't interlock my locs myself. There are plenty of videos, but honestly I don't feel like learning either.

What has become a lot easier since I went frizzy is hair care. Although I now have dreadlocks and have to go to the hair salon more often than ever, my hair care is really super, super easy. I now really have “get up and go” hair. Apart from washing it once a week, I literally do nothing to my hair.

Luckily, the Going Going Natural Herbal Shampoo works wonders for my hair. A super shampoo that leaves no residue, a must for every frizzy hair.
